Order Processing and Production
Our products are manufactured through Tapstitch.
Estimated Production Time
• Print-on-demand orders: 1–6 business days.
• Non-print-on-demand T-shirts, sweatshirts, and similar simple garments: approximately 7 business days for sampling and 7–15 business days for bulk production.
• More complex garments (coats, suits, knitwear, dresses, jeans, bottoms): approximately 7 business days for sampling and 15 business days for bulk production.
Shipping Times
Shipping begins after production is complete.
• International shipping typically takes 5–15 business days. Delivery estimates exclude local holidays and may be delayed by customs clearance, incorrect shipping information, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship internationally where permitted. Some countries restrict or prohibit international shipments, and customers are responsible for ensuring imports are allowed in their destination country.
Shipping Methods
We primarily use air freight, especially for larger orders, to help ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order contents.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your order ships. Our fulfillment partner also monitors shipments and may provide status updates.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses or contact information may result in failed delivery or additional shipping charges.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Delays may occur due to customs, carrier disruptions, holidays, strikes, flight cancellations, or other events beyond our control.
If your package is damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement shipment where applicable.
